Back pain spasm
I have severe pain in my upper right side of back.it seems to be because of spasm. i am taking myospaz forte and ultraset. only till the effect of medicine the pain its less otherwise its a shooting pain.i am suffering from last 3 days.

Might physiotherapy will b helped u to fix the pain and inflamation. Consult to dr for diagnosis. Once pain wil b fixed by electrotherapy then start exercise those tought by physio.

Hi, you need assessment and further evaluation. You will improve with physio -IFT and USG. Once pain settles then do muscle strengthening exercises. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B, Thorraipakkam, Chennai
