Back pain since last 1.5 months
I have back pain since last 1.5  months. But till I have not cured. I have also made MRI for this and enclosing herewith for reference. May kindly suggest

Better to consult physio because we need proper assessment prior treatment. We have to correlate both clinical and MRI symptoms. Only MRI is not the diagnosis so u can take online consultation also .

hello sir where exactly you have pain? upper back or lower back what all positions increases your pain? take hot pack twice a day try to correct your posture as your MRI says disc bulge contact nearby physiotherapy clinic and take some sessions over there. its very important to treat the root cause without proper assesment its hard to tell any exercise . for any other issue please feel free to contact take care get well soon

Apply diclofenac ointment and cover it with a cloth for 10 mins, clean it following hot water fermentation. Correct your posture, take healthy diet and follow below exercises. 1. Lower tummy strengthening. 2. Deep abdominal strengthening. 3. Bridge. 4. Pelvis tilt. 5. Lower back stretch. 6. Leg stretch. 7. Piriformis stretch. if pain is severe and cant perform these then let me know. Thank you.

• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily • . Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. • Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. • Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
