Back pain severe
I have mid back pain for the past 1 week, and it is increasing everyday. It started with a simple jerk of the head. The pain is around the area of the back and right arm joint. I have not shown it to any doctor.

Hi.. Start with hot water formantation for 15mins,, apply myolaxin ointment,, take proper rest.. visit nearest physiocentre for strengthening exercises Still if pain doesnt subside visit orthopedician Thank u..
