I have been having pain in my backside waist point since last month February. I am still going to office & playing Badminton in morning also. But I am feeling pain while sleeping also. Kindly advise me for the same.

If you say you are playing also and it is paining at rest also....so what is the grade of your pain...and type of pain like dull,diffuse,tgrobbing,stab like or pin prick?
