Back pain due to surgery in spine
5 months ago, I had a spine surgery as the T12 vertebrae was broken. 6 screws are fixed to give support. I have returned to normal life & can drive bike with ease. Lately I had to travel much and my back pain has increased. I dont particularly take pain killers. Please suggest methods to relieve pain. What can I do to strengthen my spine?

After surgery, there can be pain up to a year. Gradually your symptoms will improve. To strengthen your spine, work on the core muscles. You can find exercises for core strengthening. Yoga and Pilates are both good to help build strength of the spine.
