Back pain at night
Hi! I have been experiencing back pain since last 2-3 years. During the day time it's not so bad and I can do my work but It gets bad when I try to sleep. It's mainly in the left mid back, middle and lower back. At times it is very difficult to make out where the pain is coming from. It has become very difficult for me to sleep. I got my spine scan done last year after consulting a spine specialist and he said there is nothing to worry about but the pain still persists. I went to an orthopaedic also he also said that physiotherapy would make it better. I don't know whether to go to a spine surgeon, an orthopaedic or a chiropractor because I don't know is it the spine or the muscle or something else. I would really appreciate your opinions as to whom I should be consulting because it has started affecting my mental health as I get only a 3- 4 hour sleep in a day. Thanks
