Please find the attached usg report of neck & current photos of affected areas . Is it persists since November-19 . No symtoms of fever, weight loss etc, small swelling is painless,  soft , mobile , What could be the probable reason by appearance , is the serious anything. What could be the FANAC result mostly. Due to the lockdown I am unable to attend the FANAC.

Kindly visit a general surgeon.if it is painless, it is a lipoma. Generally such swellings are seen in different other locations of the body and runs in family.Nothing to worry about it. Excision can be done if cosmetically unacceptable. Once removal is done we can send it for histo patholological examination. No FNAC required.
