The doses given are higher then needed. Please take your baby to an homeopath nearby as your baby is inconsolably crying.
Though this medcn won't cause serious harm but to relieve its aggravation antidote can be provided.
Also check weather baby is eating and sleeping well.
Ask the doctor to examine an provide an antidote.
If the baby is not seriously aggravated we can wait till the effects is reduced

Hai,
First thing is that its not safe to give Arnica tincture to your baby in such a high dose. Better to give Arnica 30 in globules and take 2 globules, once in 2 hours.
If baby is more irritable, consult a doctor directly.

Arnica mother tincture should not be given directly to infants, so kindly stop further doses. For babies medicines are always given only in proper dilution and potency.
If the bleeding has stopped and the baby is feeding and behaving normally careful observation is sufficient. Keep an eye on swelling, continuous crying, refusal to feed, vomiting or unusual sleepiness.
If any of these symptoms appear or if bleeding continues, please consult a nearby pediatrician or homeopathic physician for proper examination and guidance.

I understand your anxiety..seeing blood after a fall can be very frightening for a parent. Please don’t panic.
However, it is important to note that Arnica montana mother tincture should NOT be given orally to infants, especially directly. Mother tinctures contain alcohol and are not suitable for babies.
What you should do immediately:
✔️ Do not give any further doses of the mother tincture
✔️ Gently clean the mouth area with clean water
✔️ Observe the baby for:
• Excessive swelling inside the mouth
• Continuous bleeding
• Vomiting, excessive drowsiness, or refusal to feed
If any of the above are present, please consult a paediatrician immediately.
The night-time crying may be due to:
• Local pain or soreness from the injury
• Gum or mouth tenderness
• General discomfort after the fall
In homoeopathy, potentised medicines (like Arnica 30C) are used safely in infants..but only after proper evaluation and correct dosing, especially in trauma cases.

Itâs completely understandable to panic seeing blood from your babyâs mouth â any parent would feel the same. Mouth injuries often bleed a lot even when the cut is small. Since you have already given Arnica mother tincture, donât give any more now. Mother tinctures contain alcohol and are not meant for repeated direct use in babies, but the small amount you gave is unlikely to cause harm. You can give breast milk or a little water (if the baby is on water) to help dilute.
Now gently check inside the mouth if possible â look for a cut on the lip, tongue, or gums, swelling, or a tooth that looks broken or pushed out of place. Clean gently with plain water and apply a cold cloth on the outer lip or cheek for a few minutes to reduce swelling. Give only soft, cool feeds and avoid hot or spicy foods. Night crying can happen due to mouth pain, soreness, or fear after the fall.
Very important: observe your baby for the next 24 hours. If you notice vomiting, unusual sleepiness, baby not feeding, continuous inconsolable crying, seizures, or fluid coming from nose/ears, seek emergency care immediately to rule out head injury. If a tooth looks damaged or loose, a pediatric dentist check is needed. Otherwise, if the baby is active, feeding, and behaving normally, it is usually a minor soft tissue injury that heals quickly.

I can understand the panic behind the accident,but if there's a bleeding then, arnica wasn't a good option..you made ,a wrong choice,..try to connect online with me i will see what exactly happened to your baby,,and will recommend a better option for it..

• The amount of Arnica mother tincture given is unlikely to cause serious harm, but it can irritate the mouth or stomach.
• Night crying is more likely due to pain from the mouth injury, not toxicity.
See a doctor urgently if:
• Baby keeps crying inconsolably
• Swelling of lips/jaw or difficulty feeding
