Giving arnica montana 200 to one year
My baby fell and hit his jaws which started bleeding,seeing blood I gave him 4-6 drops directly and then 7-8 drops of arnica montana 200 diluted in 1 spoon of water
Now I'm worried about the amount of medicine

I understand how frightening it is to see your baby bleed after a fall. You did what you could in the moment â try not to panic. Letâs go step by step.
Regarding Arnica 200, in homeopathic dilution it is generally considered safe, and the number of drops you gave is unlikely to cause chemical side effects, because these preparations are highly diluted. So toxicity from the medicine itself is not the concern here.
The main issue is the injury, not the remedy.
A fall involving the jaw and mouth in a baby needs careful observation because children can injure:
lips and gums
tongue
teeth (if present)
jaw bone
inside of cheeks
When bleeding from mouth after fall is common and minor:
small cut on lip or gum
bleeding stops within 10 minutes with gentle pressure
baby is crying normally and then settles
Consult a doctor/ER immediately if you notice:
bleeding that does not stop after 10â15 minutes of gentle pressure
swelling increasing around jaw or face
baby refuses to feed due to pain
vomiting after the fall
excessive sleepiness or difficulty waking

Even if baby looks okay, a pediatric or dental check-up is wise after a jaw injury to rule out hidden trauma.

Gently clean mouth with clean water
If bleeding again, apply gentle pressure with clean cloth
Cold compress on outer jaw area (not ice directly on skin)
Observe for next 24 hours
Avoid giving anything very hot, spicy, or hard to chew.
Important note:
Homeopathic remedies like Arnica are supportive for bruising, but they do not replace medical examination in trauma cases. The safety of the jaw, teeth, and head must be confirmed.
