Hello! My baby boy is 11 weeks and weighs 5.3kg, however he has very less body fat. He is tall (64 cm).My husband and I are also tall. What can I do to make him gain more fat. I breastfeed him and also combo feed him.
Thanks in advance.

Hi!
5.3kg for an 11 week old infant is very good weight gain.
Ideally weight has to be double that of his birth weight by 5 months of age, so he seems to be growing adequately
His length of 64cm is also appropriate,
He probably looks a little thin only because he's tall which is absolutely alright
Please do not worry about the baby looking chubby as long as the baby is growing well, is active and playful and is passing urine about 4-6 times a day and is sleeping well after feeds
Another word of advice- do not combo feed. Your breast milk will be adequate for the baby. Formula feeds can cause more harm than good
In conclusion, your baby doesn't have to gain more fat as he is growing adequately.
