Baby weight gain and not eating

My baby not eating properly and does not gain weight but active...can i give pediasure for him...my son is 11 months old...birth weight is 1.80 due to that he was under NICU for 10 days..later he does not consume my milk and I have been pumping the milk for him...later my milk supply had been stopped at 5 months so i started giving solid foods...kindly suggest the food plan and confirm whether i shall give pediasure which is labelled for less than one year.
