Baby wakes up crying between sleep

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My baby is 5 months old, in the recent times she woke up crying late night for two times in a week. She vaguely opens her eyes, but continues to cry for two to three minutes. I try to feed her but she doesn't take it. Is there any probable reason for the cry or is it common with babies ? Should I be talking to my pediatrician on this ? Please suggest.
