My baby is 3 months and 26 days old he is crying and refusing breastfeeding and putting everything in mouth is these are teething symptoms is safe to give him silicone teether or it's cause any teething delay or any other teeth problems plz help

Teething time is 6 months onward. Many times refusal to feed is due to nose block. Babies are habitual mouth breathers when nose is blocked due cold or dust or environmental pollution babies can feed.

Hi.
All babies at this age do this . Putting everything to mouth is normal. It is not due to teething.
Next Steps
Do not use tether, it could cause delay in speech and prone for infection.
