Baby on formula milk

Asked for Female, 1 Years

Baby is 4 months old and completely on formula milk as mother has very low supply of milk. Earlier was giving lactogen but as the baby is very thin so started giving enfomil a on dr prescription but after drinking milk baby is pooping everytime within an hour of feed and some vomit also. Is it normal bcz of change in formula or what should i do pls suggest
