Baby not pooping
My two months old baby Pre mature not pooping from last two days. Is it any serious issue? PLEASE SUGGEST ASAP

Nothing to worry but examination of abdomen should be normal.infants may passes stool normally upto 4-5days .If there is discomfort then gentle stimulation at anal opening may be given.
