Regarding weight gain - Was there any weight loss or illness recently? Children double weight by 6 months and triple by 1 year. Follow growth charts. Length - depending on birth length, will be around 75cm at 1 year (if 50cm at birth) Children can pass stools upto 8-10 times a day also without any issues as long there is a good intake. Hemoglobin may be decreased due to the diet you are giving. Give an iron rich diet and see for a 3 months. If still less, then iron supplementation can be started. Medicine and dosages via prescription only. For any queries, kindly book an online consultation with me.
