Baby not able to straight his leg

Asked for Female, 31 Years

My baby is 6 month old but he is not able to stand properly whenever I make him stand he keep his left leg on finger toe...Also he have knee dent in both leg...Is it matter of concern ...What shall I do?

Babies legs are arched outside ie inside curve at this age. This is not the age to stand. Putting the whole foot on the ground is not possible so they just put the toes on the ground. However requires front and back photo.
