Night awakenings are common and the child may not sleep through the night.
Could be the child is warm / overclothed, mosquito bite or itch, still hungry, and various other causes.
Colic aid can be used regularly but only if suspecting colic. First must rule out the other reasons for cry. There are other methods to relieve colic as well.
Nightly breast feeding every 2-3 hours is normal. Maybe your positioning, duration and other factors require modification.
Sleep training can also be started for your child to help them sleep longer durations.

You can give syp atarax 5 drops if there is excessive crying. But don't make it a habit. See to it child is well feed and not hungry, check for diaper rashes.
