3mnth old baby .. 1 week before baby present diarrhea .. loose motion .. take stool test puscell 12 hpf present .. doctr prescribe ofloxacin syrup.. after 1 week today cure diarrhea and pass stool ones per day .. but today test stool test pus cell numerous and rbc 2-3 .. wats reason.. doctor tell if any time change normal to liose motion admit and injection given.. i am worried anytime diarrhea back ? .. baby is happy ..

Lack of hygiene is the commonest cause of vomiting and loose motions.
Give only breastfeeds,and if you HAVE to give top feeds,use ONLY formula milk,not open milk,specially,cow's milk.
Use katori and spoon to give top milk,NOT a bottle.
Try syp walamycin 5 ml thrice a day,and Enterogermina vial half vial twice a day,both for 5 days.
If not improving in 3 days time,switch to injectibles.
