Helo doctor, my baby is 7 months old... can i feed her oats porridge (contains 3 dates and 2 almonds). everything i make fine powder and makes porridge. can i give it to my baby?pls clarify this doubt

U can give it..but feed consistency should be liquid to simisolid..also u can give bananas kichri curry of vegetables.
