My baby niece who is 10 months old She is getting tiny pink bump rash on face, hand and neck. Why it is happening?? Recently we have started giving her Cerelac wheat mix fruit And whenever we give her the cerelac she start having the rash. Any suggestions please.

It could be a food allergy. Try stopping the cerelac and observe . If it subsides , then you’ll know it’s because of the food. If it does not look into other areas, such as the creams and powders being used . And material of the clothes as well (should be preferably cotton)
