My baby is 1.11 months old. And she is having a weight of 12.5 kg. Is it appropriate to give 5ml to her?

For 12.5 kg baby, Syp paracetamol (125mg/5ml) upto 7.5 ml can be given for fever > 100 deg F, dose can be repeated with a gap of 6 hrs. Kindly check the composition of syrup before administering.
