Breast milk is superior source of nutrition and formula feeding has high GMO exposure and can lead to increased risk of asthma and type -1 diabetes in later life. Would suggest to decrease content of formula gradually and increase your frequency of breast feeding to baby. Struggling with feeding issues would suggest an in-person consultation with a pediatrician or lactational consultant.
