My 11-month-old baby girl has developed small bumps on her head and around her mouth. The weather is currently very hot. She does not have teeth yet. She is active, eating well, has no fever, and no other health issues noticed.
Could this be due to heat rash, teething, allergy, or something else?
I have attached an image for reference. Please advise if this needs medical treatment or any precautions I should take.

Looks more like mild heat rash/skin irritation from hot weather rather than anything serious. Since baby is active, feeding well and no fever, usually no need to worry. Keep skin cool and dry, avoid oily creams, use loose cotton clothes and don’t rub the bumps. Consult if rash spreads rapidly, develops fever, pus, swelling or baby becomes irritable.
Greetings rashes are looking due to heat use Dermocalm lotion and wipe with warm water at regular intervals
Regarding teething we can wait for a month too
