Small bumps on her head and around mouth
My 11-month-old baby girl has developed small bumps on her head and around her mouth. The weather is currently very hot. She still does not have any teeth yet. She is otherwise completely normal: Active and playful Eating properly No fever Sleeping and behaving normally No other health issues noticed Could this be due to heat rash, teething, allergy, or something else? Is delayed teething at 11 months normal? What signs should I watch for, and when should I consult a pediatrician?

At 11 months, not having teeth yet can still be normal. We usually evaluate delayed teething if no teeth appear by 15–18 months. The small bumps may simply be heat rash/sweat irritation, especially in hot weather. Since she is active, feeding well, playful, and has no fever, it is less likely to be serious. Keep her cool, avoid overdressing, and keep the area dry and clean. Please consult a pediatrician if: • Fever develops • Rash spreads rapidly • Pus/blisters appear • Feeding decreases • Baby becomes dull/lethargic • No teeth even after 15–18 months You may share a clear photo of the rash for better guidance.

Atleast you should share one or two photo of rash but Seems like due to heat only. And delayed teething is ok . Continue Oral Vitamin D which might have been given at birth for 3 more months. If pus develop in rash then consult once
