I personally believe that any chemical ingested only leads to dysbiosis if our gut microbiome hence looking closely into the nutrients we eat on our plate is more crucial than any medicine/supplements
Next Steps
To increase B12 naturally along with deficiency of micro nutrients like magnesium, potassium etc is the reason leading to heart palpitations, headaches, tingling & other symptoms
Health Tips
Start with naturally whole grains, whole pulses and rainbow colour, seasonal fruits & veggies cooking in a cold-pressed fat like A2 cows ghee/ cold pressed mustard oil into a wholesome food , limiting dairy, animal proteins, gluten, sugary beverages & sugar, refined flour/oil & ultra processed foods majorly to see an effective improvement.
