The old blood pressure reading u mentioned was also normal limit... there was no need of medicine...
Just if had taken few precautions it would come to lower reading.
Namaste sir,
BP keeps fluctuating because of our day to day activities like diet, quantity of water intake, physical activity, stress and anxiety issues or any medications,
but if it stays high or low for a longer time then it can be considered as abnormal.
The readings you mentioned of BP are neither too high nor too low. No need to worry.
So monitor your bp regularly for a week or 10 days and keep a record .. if it’s abnormal then seek professional advice
Otherwise some simple lifestyle changes will help you to regulate your bp
Next Steps
Daily tracking of BP

Your BP drop to 110/70 after stopping Norma Vedic may be due to body adjustment, lifestyle changes, dehydration, or electrolyte imbalance.
What to Do:
â Monitor BP regularly
â Stay hydrated (coconut water, buttermilk)
â Include slight salt intake (if needed)
â Ashwagandha & Arjuna for balance
â Light exercise & stress management
If no dizziness or fatigue, it's likely normal. Monitor weekly.
Hello,
Bp is something that keep on changing according to our body activities. It'll be elevated when you check it soon after waking, running, travelling or on any other exertions. And will be in lower values you are relaxed. Check it just after 10 mins of proper body rest.
As long as you don't have any symptoms nothing to worry.
Health Tips
Move your body often.
Try to indulge in yoga exercise and meditation.
Follow a proper nutritous diet.
