For anxiety practice pranayama, and yoga. Abdominal breathing thrice daily before food for 5 mins. U can find the link in YouTube. Muniprajnaa tablets from Muniyal Ayurveda has very good result for the stress and anxiety. It has to be taken 2 tablets twice after food. Also brahmi 1 1 1 Also u need counseling.
