Attached skin end on pennis

Asked for Male, 27 Years

While doing sex the skin on my penis ,i mean where the skin is attached to pennis head is cutting slightly and bleeding happening. It is down the pennis where skin is attached. and narrow pain occurring and not able to do sex when it happens. I having a doubt whether cutting skin should completely to be cut.plz help me
