You are probably having candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the glans and foreskin that is the tip of the penis. It needs to be treated with antifungals tablets and creams. Kindly keep your sugar level in check because if sugar sir elevated you will get this infection time and again. Please don't use soap over that area and consul Dermatologist for the same
