Hello, Your symptoms of high fever, body ache, headache, cold, and mild cough suggest a viral infection or possibly the early stages of flu. It’s essential to address this promptly to avoid complications. For now: 1. Take Paracetamol 500 mg every 6 hours to control fever and body ache. 2. Levocetirizine 5 mg at bedtime for cold and mild cough. 3. Drink plenty of warm fluids and stay hydrated. 4. Rest as much as possible to aid recovery. However, it is crucial to perform a detailed evaluation to rule out other causes such as dengue, typhoid, or COVID-19. Laboratory investigations like CBC, CRP, and a chest examination might be required. I recommend opting for a private consultation for a personalized treatment plan and close monitoring. You can contact me at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to discuss your condition in detail.
