Hello dear don't worry Give Sitopaladi Churna 1 tsf bid with honey and Tulsi juice, Decoction of Mulethi Glycyrrhiza glabera anjeer Draksha Tulsi black pepper at morning,or KOFOL SYRUP Charak 2 tsf tid with lukewarm water
