Arthritis Query
I am suffering very severe knee joints pain from last one month , My ANA report by IFA METHOD was positive ,then my doctor tested ENA report that was quite normal ,My all other test CRP ESR ANTI CPP are quite normal,I want to know still can be chance of arthritis as my pain not relived, Doctor says it's a drugs induced arthalagia, how many time will require to heel this ,I am very depressed

ANA positivity indicates autoimmune disorder, not arthritis. However, ANA can be falsely positive in upto 20% normal population. Rather than focussing on the reports, a detailed history and examination are much more important for diagnosis of arthritis and autoimmune disorders. You should consult a Rheumatologist (arthritis and autoimmune disorder specialist) for correct diagnosis and management
