Diagnosis:
D-TGA, Moderate sized ostium secundum AS with Bidirectional shunt, Large Non restricitive apical muscular VSD with Bidrentional shunt, Moderate szied PDA with biredectional shunt, Preserved LV, Severe PAH.
History & Clincal Finding:
Asymptomatic. Incidental detuction of murmur, diagnosed as CHD. No H.o Hospitalization. Apex beat in left 5th ICS at MCL, S1, S2, ESM at LUSB.
