I have boil in my armpit. It's big in size and when I touched it I feel pain .. I do hot water compress daily 3-4 times...So doctor can u tell what can I do

Take tab augmentin  625 mg 3 Times in a day for 5 day's. Tab paracetamol 500 mg 3 Times in a day for 3 days. Tab pantopparazol 40 mg morning empty stomach for 5 day's. Fucidin cream for local application.
