Any alternative for sporlac powder
My daughter 8months old is suffering from loose motions since two days and we have given her sporlac powder but of no use. She hasn't been drinking the cow milk(since there is no breast milk to my wife) since night. We checked with local pediatrician and he asked to continue with sporlac powder for 2 more days ade there any other tonics which could stop loose motions her weight is 8.5kg

You can give her Enterogermina tube morning and night for 3 days. You can also give her zinc syrup. If she is not feeding well, continuing to have loose stools, appearing tired better to visit your pediatrician.
