Hi... Few Questions: 1. Did you tried Counselling/Psychotherapy before      resorting to Medications? 2. Did your Psychiatrist diagnosed you with any      condition (Depression, GAD, etc.)? 3. Were there any major changes in your life    (personal, academic, professional) around 2014? Prodep is one of the most common antidepressant/SSRI prescribed for various reasons.

Along with those medicines, it is time for you to seek a therapist support too. Instead of depending on the medicines all through your life, it is better to learn to handle the situations better all by yourself.. Consult a psychological Counselor..

Hello, This is good that you have already consulted someone and are on medication. However, medication is not long term. It also helps for the time being. Along with the medication, I would recommend Counselling. Counselling will teach you long term coping strategies. Further, it is important to understand WHERE this is still stemming from despite treatment and what led to diagnosis and medicines without any other treatment.
Next Steps
Meet me for Counselling.
Health Tips
1. Deep breaths everytime you are anxious. 2. Drink water 3. Listen to a calming playlist before exam or while studying help focus. 4. Belive in yourself.
