Anxious or Panic attacks
Hi, From 3 days I feel anxious or scared. Don't know why. Sometimes I feel my chest is tight & my oxygen level is low. I checked my oxygen level is was normal for 3 days also. Am I getting panic attacks? Should I consult any doc & take tablets? Please suggest some tablets for anxiety.
