For sleep issues, you may follow certain methods (sleep hygiene) to help you get better sleep. Using sleep hypnosis audio/video may also help. Also, regulating your routine in terms of proper and timely meals, exercise, and breathing/meditation will help you get your sleep in order. Sometimes lack of sleep is more an outcome cognitive activity or stress in such cases Counselling/Psychotherapy is best suited. In very severe cases of insomnia, use of medications is also advisable.
