Hello doctor im 24 year male weights 98 kg currently with a quiet active schedule. I have a history or smoking and drinking .. ive quit smoking from past 3 months and drink occasionally... my bp usually fluctuates 135-140 systolic 80-85 dystolic .I belong to a medical background ... currently im having anxiety like symptoms heart palpitations, fear of night, fear of leaving alone.. sweat , dizziness sometimes... im having anxiety, plzz help what should i do. Sometimes i have shortness of breath... but thankfully not panic attacks... iam a overthinker tried not to think about it but not working... what should i do???plzz help

Your BP looks fine. But weight is more Some of the symptoms you stated need more details. Do you have a sleep issue? Is that the reason you are afraid of night? What did you mean, fear of living alone or being left alone? You need to consult a Psychiatrist to understand the problems in detail . This looks like a very much treatable condition.
