Hello sir..
I have been facing problem of episodic tightness of upper chest, neck and jaw all left side. It's remain for some duration and go without any treatment. Sometimes it's come with breathing difficulty. Two days back I had similar issue of breathing problems with heaviness on left side of
chest.. like something is place their.. I could feel with every breath. But next day morning when I got up.. I had no breathing problems.. I haven't taken any medicine. My heart check had been done including angiography, stress mpi, echo tmt .. all normal..
What could be the reason..what's next I am supposed to be doing..
Can anxiety change T wave in ecg..
Pls guide

Anxiety can lead to changes in ECG due to autonomic stimulation but are reversible after anxiety is better . I think you need some medicines for relief of anxiety . Consult a psychiatrist
