Hi
When someone has anxiety for a long time, the body often stays in a constant alert mode. This can cause symptoms like heaviness in the head, chest tightness, pressure sensations, and fluctuations in how the body feels. Even though these sensations feel very real and uncomfortable, if your ECGs and medical tests are repeatedly normal, it usually indicates that the heart itself is functioning well. Anxiety can strongly affect the body through muscle tension, breathing pattern changes, and heightened awareness of bodily sensations, which is why these symptoms keep appearing.
However, the goal should not only be to keep checking the body, but to work on calming the nervous system and addressing the anxiety pattern itself. With proper therapy, breathing regulation, and cognitive work, these symptoms usually reduce significantly over time. Try not to panic each time the sensation appears; instead focus on stabilizing your mind and body. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

to stop worrying you should take a consultation.
options are medications only or therapy only or both
Hello, these are all physical symptoms of anxiety. You should try doing meditation and relaxation techniques like JPMR. Since you are having these symptoms from a long time, it's time you consult a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and management.
