Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Sleep is very essential for both physical and mental health and if the problem is unattended, may cause severe health issues. Don't hesitate to ask for help. Most common reason for sleep disorders is anxiety or stress in mind. Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life right now . The above mentioned symptoms are indicative of an anxiety problem which can be caused due to some stress personal or professional. You can try and practice deep breathing exercises and yoga to calm yourself . Sleep can be maintained by inducing a sleep environment – limit your time on the phone , done take your work to bed , try and relax by taking a warm shower before sleeping and also avoid caffeine before sleeping . The symptoms are manageable and you can seek help from a clinical psychologist who can take a complete case history and provide an in depth analysis to your issues . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance

Dear Practo User, I understand how you feel about this. Identify what triggers your anxiety and work on it. Speaking to a counselor will be beneficial. As he/she will help you identify and deal with your anxiety. Working on your anxiety and avoiding food or activities that increase brain activity will help you to sleep at night.
