Hello Doctor,
I'm a newly married person just 20 days ago and suffering some health and mental problems. Due to depression, tension, anxiety and fear it's leading erectile dysfunction and hence I am not able to perform sex with my wife from the first night of the marriage. I'm trying to focus on other things to reduce my depression and anxiety but somewhere in the mind same picture remain. This is due to which I am not able sleep properly. So please help me how I can reduce these things and the problem that I have erectile dysfunction can be treated & how much time it will take to recover? Also please let me know what are the home remedies to improve my health and reduce erectile dysfunction?
Thank you.

Its extremely common to experience erectile dysfunction due to anxiety and sometimes without any discernable cause. It would be helpful if you work on reducing overall anxiety and stress, whether it is in personal life or due to work. Time can range from 6-8 weeks but you should not pressurise yourself into a time frame.
Next Steps
Consult a therapist who would help you with reducing stress and anxiety and also teach certain home exercises.
Health Tips
It would not be beneficial if you try and check whether you are getting erection.
