I am feeling a lot of Anxiety since 10 days. I switch off my phone and lie down but i can't stop worrying about all the backlog work and can't sleep mostly. I feel weakness in the morning. I have started playing candy crush a lot to burst the stress and I guess i am playing just to much
Thinking about even very small things makes me so scared and stressed like i have to travel tomorrow or i need to clean up the house.
I am trying avoiding anything that can hinder my sleep
How can i sleep good without worrying?
