Anxiety - do I need medication?
So basically, since the past few years I've been feeling anxious for no valid reasons. It's been physically manifesting itself in the form of Increased heart rate, breathlessness and consoling oneself isn't helping. Catching flights is another ball game altogether. Sweaty palms high heart rate unconsolable crying. It's affecting my daily life.
