Hi Thanks for reaching out. You have anxious thoughts about your health in the morning. You are motivated at night, and you make a plan about what you want to do in the morning. Being anxious about your health even thought there might be nothing to worry about might be a trigger that is preventing you from doing certain things in the morning. Consult a psychologist and explain about the anxious thoughts you have about your health. A psychologist will help you manage anxiety and feel calm. With the help of counselling sessions, you will be able to have control over your thoughts and you will get motivated to do things that you want to do.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.
