Anxiety disorder for last four weeks

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have been suffering anxiety disorder for last four weeks. I took homeopathy medicine for one week and it didn't work that much. So I took psychiatrist help and she recommended nexito 5 and zapiz. 25. What should I do? I am taking nexito in the breakfast and zapiz. 25 at night.
