My husband has been earning extra money by using himself with other women. I cant get over this fact and i am feeling anxiety. I cant breathe at times. I lose sleep. I always find myself crying and paranoid.how do i get over this bad feeling. Iv been taking antihistamines to get myself to sleep.its not working that fast anymore seems like im immune. He said i should just be strong and hold on. But i feel like its eating me up so bad.iv dreamt of dying and have thought about it 5x already.pls hel
