Anxiety and Panic attacks

I have been diagnosed with Anxiety and Panic attacks i want some medicine to get this problem cured its really disturbing for me. And i want some tips and techniques go get this cured. I want to reduce my health issue with medicine first and gradually want to get rid of medicines.
